I operate where execution risk is high, timelines are compressed, and results cannot slip.

I operate at the intersection of controllership, finance transformation, and operational performance—typically in complex environments where expectations are high and execution risk is real.

Most engagements begin under pressure—delayed close cycles, audit timelines slipping, fragmented data, or limited visibility into cash and performance. I stabilize, rebuild, and scale finance and data environments to restore control and enable execution.

My experience spans fintech, consumer, manufacturing, oil & gas, and private equity-backed businesses. I work directly with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, boards, and investors to accelerate close and reporting cycles, improve working capital and cost structure, and build scalable finance capabilities as complexity increases. My results include 55% faster audit issuance,  over $150M saved in various roles and C$1.2B ARO reduction. I am a US trained, licensed CPA gained at KPMG USA with an MBA from University of Michigan Ross Business School and a BA from Franklin & Marshall College. I also am a Canadian Chartered Accountant (BC).
